INVIDITM.fmb Error: APP-INV-05911 Invalid Check ATP Value

On : 12.2.6 version, Item Issues
When attempting to change the ATP check Materials & Resources and get the below error. The profile INV:Capable to Promise is set to data collection and not the ones mentioned in the error message.
ERROR

APP-INV-05117: Invalid ATP Components attribute value.
Cause: ATP Components cannot be set to "Material and Resource" or " Resource Only" if the profile INV:Capable to Promise is set to "Enable Product Family ATP" or "Enable PL/SQL based ATP without Planning Output".
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Inventory Responsibility
Items>>Org Items>>Order Management Tab
Attempt to Change 'Check ATP' from 'Material only' to 'Material and Resource'>>Receive error
