Symptoms

When attempting to end date a Transaction type using Transaction Types Form, the following error occurs:

Value XXXXXX has been disabled

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Setup > Transactions > Transaction Types
1. Query Transaction type > Try to End Date it

No changes.
