When trying to review and publish a workplan the following error appears on the page:

 Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a Projects responsibility navigate to Projects:Delivery -->Project List.
2. Select the project from the list.
2. Click on the Workplan tab and select "Maintain Version" and click Go button
3. Click update Icon on Current Working version
4. Click on Review and Publish
