ZA: Records Are Displayed on Multiple Rows in the Electronic Tax File Process Output When Using a Browser to View Output (Doc ID 2963539.1)

Problem Statement:

After running Electronic Tax File concurrent program, when reviewing the output of the process using a browser (for example Mozilla Firefox) it has been observed that one record is displayed on more than one row. This is wrong as there should be only one record for each row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1. Under ZA HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent.
 
 2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run Electronic Tax File concurrent program.
 
 3. Hit 'View Output' button and choose a browser to open this.

 4. Observe that one record is displayed on multiple rows.
