Symptoms

Container based shipment event history not showing event


Example:

Agent ID: XXX
Agent Type: TRACKING EVENT
Agent Event: TRACKING EVENT - PROCESSING REQUEST
Agent Actions:
MATCH SHIPMENT: By Shipment ID
MATCH EQUIPMENT: By Equipment ID
 
Shipment ID: xxx
 
Upload the shipment status/event XML
 
Check the 'Container Based Shipment Event History'
Navigate to Shipment Management > Visibility > Container Visibility > Search for the shipment S Equipment > Actions > View Event History > Enter Event Date > Continue > The Event History is empty
