PRDS (Procurement Request Data Standard) Does Not Accept Amendments In Returned Status (Doc ID 2963672.1)

Symptoms

When a Requisition is entered into an external system is imported through PRDS. In CLM, the Buyer "Returns" the document since it was incorrectly entered. As a result, an amendment is created in the external system and re-interfaced to CLM using PRDS. the following error is displayed:

PRDS Amendment Validation Failed.Amendment Cannot be created as the Original Requisition is not in Approved Status
