Symptoms
While trying to create bank account transfers unable to find bank account and also cannot view any existing cashflows
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Management(N)>Bank Account Transfer>Create
2. Click on list of values to search the required bank account
