Symptoms

When attempting to cancel service requests from iSupport Employee User responsibility, the following error occurs:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 5



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with iSupport Employee User responsibility.
2. Go to Home page and select any service request from the list.
3. Click "Cancel" button.
The error is displayed.
