Work Order Cannot be Modified On Purchase Order Form (Doc ID 2964680.1)

Actual Behavior
After application is upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.2, work order field cannot be modified on purchase order form (POXPOEPO) if there is any received quantity.

Expected Behavior
Work order field can be modified on purchase order for Discrete jobs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a discrete jobs which includes outside processing (OSP) operations.
2. From OSP operation, Requisition is imported.
3. Create a purchase order from requisition.
4. Receive the purchase order.
5. Navigate to Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders > Lines > Shipments > Outside Service
6. Job field cannot be updated on Purchase order.
