Authorize Payments screen Find form has an error when using the fields - Lease Name or Number

PN_NEW_TERM_NOT_ALLOWED (LEASE_NUM=xxxx) where xxxx is the lease number from the last lease

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Property Manager responsibility

2.Payment--> Authorize payment

3. Query by lease name or lease number

4. Error is received.
