Shipping Deliveries HTML Form displays Ship Methods Defined in the Instance and not just the Ship Methods associated with the Inventory Organization of the Delivery in Question

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Shipping > HTML Page
4. Query for a Delivery and once Delivery Page is opened.
5. Click on Ship Method LOV, you will observe that all Ship Methods defined in system shows up
6. Not just the Ship Method associated with the Inventory org of Delivery.
