HRGlobal error "ORA-20002: Seed Data Table XXXXX has not been prepared for patching" (Doc ID 2966789.1)

Symptoms

Post applying 34444470:R12.HR_PF.C.delta.17, when attempting to run HRGlobal, the following error occurs on hrrunprc.sql

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Execute adop patching cycle on Run file system and apply patch:34444470(R12.HR_PF.C.delta.17).

  2.  Apply hrglobal in the same adop session as step 1 on Run file system.
     
  3.  Error occurs on worker job executing hrrunprc.sql.
