Symptoms

R12 AP Error in create accounting No entries found for the List of Values
 
Navigation > Payables Manager> submit new request > Create accounting program

Fill the parameters Ledger : value required

Process Category : not required

When click on End date the error is show  Error No entries found for the List of Values
