While attempting to open the Subledger Accounting Methods Form the error message displays ORA-01403: no data found.

After clicking OK several times the Find Subledger Accounting Methods form will display.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Fixed Assets Manager Responisibility
Navigate to Setup - Financials - Subledger Accounting - Accounting Methods Builder - Methods and Definitions - Subledger Accounting Methods
Error message will display - ORA-01403: no data found
