BANK LOV on "Create Bank Branch" does not find the bank info that
has future inactive date.

That LOV should to be shown the future end dated bank info as long as we
does not reach the date.

STEPS:

1.Create Banks
 Setup=>Payment=>Banks and Bank Branches
 Click "Bank"
 Create Bank: Bank Information
 Save future inactive date.

 2.Create Branches
 Setup=>Payment=>Banks and Bank Branches
 Click "Bank Branches"
 Click "Create" button
 Bank Name LOV does not show the future end dated bank info.
