On attaching a file on an order following error occurs and file is not attached

Error :

"An unexpected error has occured. Kinldy contact system adminstrator"

The issue can be reproduced at will

1. Go to Oracle Application > Order Management Sure User Responsibility

2. Navigate to Menu path > Order, Returns > Sales Order form

3. Query Sales Order > Click on Tools > View > Attachmemts

4. Select Category and Data Type as File > Click Documemt Catalog > Browse the file and click upload

5. Error appears and file is not attached
