1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Purchasing Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Reports/Run
3. Submit the concurrent request for the concurrent program 'Intragovernmental Agreements (GT&C) Interface Program'
4. As par of this request it will then automatically submit 'Intragovernmental Agreements (GT&C) Import Program'
5. The concurrent request ends in error
