Symptoms
Unable to generate budget template for full set of account code combinations.
Process does complete in 3-5 minutes if one code combination is specified.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Use General Ledger Super User responsibility;
2. Navigate to Budgets > Launch Budget Wizard;
3. Enter > Journals;
