Symptoms


When attempting to search for attendee name when creating Expense Report on mobile app, the Search just spins and never returns, allowing the ER to be submitted with Invalid / partial attendee name
Issue on both Android and iOS


Steps to Reproduce 


1. Log into Expenses app on mobile device
2. Create an ER
3. Enter a partial name in attendee field and search
4. Search just spins and never returns
5. User can submit the Expense Report with the invalid / partial name
