Symptoms

Agreement is not visible in Agreement Inquiry form.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Connect to SQLPlus
2. Execute API Script PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.CREATE_AGREEMENT
3. Login to Project responsibility
4. Navigate to Billing > Agreement
5. Query for agreement number
