Symptoms

iProcurement Enterprise Command Centers(ECC) Data full load completes with the following error:

DataLoadControllerServiceImpl - job failed with error code:There is Exception while applying load rule for dataset icx-catalog for job 946,958 There is Exception while applying load rule for dataset icx-catalog for job 946,958 exception details: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not existORA-06512: at "APPS.ICX_ECC_UTIL_PVT", line 160ORA-06512: at line 1

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to ECC Developer responsibility
2. Navigate : Dataload Submission and fill values :
-Application : iProcurement.
-DataSet : All
-Load Type: Full Load
-Log Level : Debug
3. Submit the load

OR

1. Login to Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate to Reports > Run
3. Run the concurrent request "iProcurement ECC Data Load" for the full load.
Parameters:
- Load Type = Full
- Languages = US
-Log Level = DEBUG
-SQL Trace = False
4. Submit the request
