Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Modifications

When attempting to perform Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Award Modifications the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Please perform Refresh action on the Supplier Details region as Unique Entity Identifier(UEI) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are not populated.
This does not happen for all modifications and we have verified that the UEI value is populated for the AP Supplier Site.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to CLM Responsibility
2. Create modification against existing award in CLM. Note that Award existed prior to the UEI (from DUNS) conversion.
3. Observe above error
