OKEKAUWB Error: 'Record Has Been Updated, Requery Block' While Updating The Project Role in Contract Authoring Workbench

Symptoms
The user is unable to update project contract role due to the bellow error :
Record has been updated, Requery block to see change.
Steps:
1. With a Project Contracts responsibility, open the Contract Authoring Workbench (FORM OKEKAUWB)
2. Query for the project and go to Administration Tab.
3. While trying to update the role the error occurs (in this case the user was trying to update the END Date field).
