Symptoms

When attempting to open periods in Receivables Accounting Open/Close periods Workbench , the following error occurs:


ERROR
-----------------------
This CLOSING_STATUS not exists


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:       Control > Accounting

        1. Open/Close Periods
        2. Query the Ledger > Click Find

ATG Delta 9 patches were applied
