Receiving Transaction Processor" triggered by 'Retrieve Time from OTL' is completing with following Error.
ERROR in log file:

Retrieve_Timecards_Body: ORA-12899: value too large for column
"HXC"."HXC_TIMECARD_SUMMARY"."TRANSFERRED_TO" (actual: 241, maximum: 240)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to E-Business Suits
2. N> Purchasing Responsibility
3. Reports > Run
4. Run 'Retrieve Time from OTL' concurrent program
5. The concurrent program will completed with error with above mentioned error message captured in log file
