On the Compensation Workbench (CWB) Employee Statement Page, while selecting the checkbox for "All Employees", only the visible range of employees are selected instead.

Expected Behavior:
Expect that "All Employees" Checkbox would indeed check All Employees.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation Workbench for Administrators
  - Select top Level Manager from manager list switch to them.
2. Go to Employee Statement Task
3. In selection of view - select "All Employees" checkbox.
4. Now scroll down below visible range until range refreshes.
     - Find that only currently rendered segment of data is checked - next segment to be rendered is not checked.
