How to ensure autoconfig did not overwrite the adsign.txt and adkeystore.dat? (Doc ID 2969263.1)

Goal

When running autoconfig at times you will overwrite the adsign.txt and adkeystore.dat if the following file is removed.
Is there a way to stop this or place the correct adsign.txt and adkeytore.dat somewhere to autoconfig uses the correct 2 files?
