On : 12.2.9 version, Transaction Entry
While trying to navigate to different tabs in Sales Order form, Below Error populates and form freezes

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Oracle Applications.
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility.
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Open the Sales Order Form.
5. Enter Order Header details
6. Go to Line Items Tab and Enter Line details
7. Wait for 5 minutes
8. Now Go back to Order Header Tab
9. Above error appears on the screen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users are facing difficulty in using Sales Order form . This is impacting customer care time on call diminishing Business revenue.
