Symptoms

Workflow Background Process performance is slow when running for order headers / item type OEOH with the following modes:
Process Deferred = Y
Process Timeout = N
Process Stuck = N

Identified the following expensive SQL:


STEPS

To Run a Workflow Background Process as a Concurrent Program:

1. Navigate to the Submit Requests form.

2. Submit the Workflow Background Process concurrent program as a request. See: Submitting a Request, Oracle Applications User's Guide.

3. In the Parameters window, enter values for the following parameters:

ITEM TYPE: OEOH
PROCESS DEFERRED: Y
PROCESS TIME OUT: N
PROCESS STUCK: N
