Accrual Balance on the Self-Service Timecard Is Different/Incorrect From The View Accrual Form. This Only Occurs When Employee is on a Bi-Weekly Payroll and the First Payroll Period falls in the Prior Year. (Doc ID 2969717.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Oracle Time and Labor Rules

Employees Accrual Balance is showing an incorrect value on the Self-Service Timecard

When queried in the View Accrual window from core HR for the same period , the value is correct


Steps To Replicate

------------------------

1. Using your Self-Service Time Responsibility

2. Navigate to Create Timecard

3. Create a Timecard for the First Week of 2023.

4. Click on the Display Accrual link at the top of the page.

5. The Value shown is not the full Accrual Balance and shows only Net Accrual. The Carryover value is missing

 

Note the first payroll period of 2023 falls entirely in 2022 from December 18th 2022 to December 31st 2022
