No Data & Error "FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved" in Receipt > Tools > India Tax Details Form (Doc ID 2969795.1)

While attempting to create receipt the Tools India Tax Details form is not showing any data as well as showing below error:

FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Oracle Purchasing.
2. Receiving > Receipts > Create a receipt.
3. Navigate to Tools > India Tax Details

Post upgrade to 12.2.11.
