ARXTWMAI: Unable to Remove Value for Reason Field from Reference Information Tab on Credit Memo (Doc ID 2969851.1)

Symptoms

When try to remove the value entered in "Reason" field from Reference Information TAB for Manual Credit Memo on Transaction Workbench, even the Reason field is non-mandatory, value entered cannot be removed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:      Transactions > Transactions
         1. Create a Credit Memo
         2. Go to Reference Information Tab and fill in Reason field > Save Transaction
         3. Delete value from the Reason field and Save
         4. Close Transaction Form and reopen it
         5. Check the Reference Information Tab > The Reason value is still populated
