IEX: Strategy Management Program Overriding Manual Assigned Strategies (Doc ID 2969875.1)

Symptoms

When running IEX: Strategy Management, strategies that were manually assigned to customers, are automatically being overwritten by new strategies.  The expectation is that manually assigned strategies will remain and not be overwritten by a new strategy.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections

  1. Manually assign a strategy to a customer.
  2. Run the IEX: Scoring Engine Harness so that the score changes for the customer
  3. Run IEX: Strategy Management to assign strategies.  The manually assigned strategies is replaced by a new strategy from the program.
