On : 12.2.10 version, PM

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LAST_UPDATE_DATE does not get updated in EAM_PM_LAST_SERVICE when work order gets completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the LAST_UPDATE_DATE to get updated in EAM_PM_LAST_SERVICE when a work order gets completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Complete a work order on the asset
3. See that LAST_SERVICE_READING and WIP_ENTITY_ID gets updated in EAM_PM_LAST_SERVICE, but LAST_UPDATE_DATE field does not get updated.
This gets updated when the user manually updates Last Service Reading in Last Service Information form
