PAXINEVT: Performance Issue When Selecting Totals Button in the Events Summary Form (Doc ID 2970157.1)

Performance issues are encountered in the Events Summary form for a project when the user selects the "Totals" button. The problematic sql's are:

Steps:

1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Billing-->Events-->Project

2. Enter the Project Number and click Find.

3. Select the "Totals" button.
