Mobile FIeld Service Customer Export File Displays Terminated Item Instances (Doc ID 2970219.1)

Symptoms

When exporting the Customer data from Mobile Field Service(MFS) the export file displays terminated Item Instances.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.On the MFS Device go to:
   Dashboard > Customers > Click Export button

2. When reviewing the export file the item instances will display instances with "Retired" and "EXPIRED" status.
