Error Opening the Additional Information Tab in the Lease Center After March 2023 Unified Patch Application (Doc ID 2970247.1)

Symptoms

After applying the March 2023 Unified Patch, when attempting to view the Additional Information tab in the Lease Center, the following error occurs.

ERROR
OKLCSHDR_INTEGRATE.TAB_PAGE_HANDLER: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called, trg block: CONTRACT_DETAIL, cur block: CONTRACT_DETAIL, trg ITEM: CONTRACT_DETAIL.TOTAL_RCVBL, cur ITEM: CONTRACT_DETAIL.TOTAL_RCVBL

STEPS
1. Using the Lease Center Agent responsibility, navigate: Lease Center
2. Query up a contract.
3. Select the "Additional Information" tab.
4. Receive the indicated error.
