Symptoms
Application error appears while trying to register a user
ERROR

The system generated an error when trying to create a user for the contact.Please contact the System Administrator for assistance in resolving this issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Vendor Administrator -> Channel Manager Dashboard
2. Click on Partners
3. Select Partner
4. Click on Create Contact
5. Enter details and apply.
6. Create user account for the partner contact.
7. Enter the details and apply.
8. Mentioned error appears
OTHER SYMPTOMS

Unable to create Contact in iStore after CPU patch application.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to istore responsibility
2. Profile > Administration > Create Contact
3. Page errors with mentioned message

Issue arises in instance where the CPU 2023 patch applied.
