Symptoms

When attempting to create contract lines, the following error occurs.

No update/delete of Contract Lines is allowed for this contract at its current status


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Project Contracts responsibility.
2. Go to Contract Organizer.
3. Open the contract and click on Go To and select the Authoring workbench.
4. Go to contract Lines and create new contract lines.
5. Check the issue.
