Symptoms

When attempting to process DSNO EDI Transaction the following error occurs.

'Customer Item' is not populating in the delivery. Cross reference are setup.
EDI transmissions are failing as this is mandatory field for EDI transmission.
Expecting the EDI import process would populate the 'Customer Item' as
this is mandatory via the Shipping Transactions Form.
