Symptoms
Payables Open Interface Import Program is running for long time.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Payables Responsibility
2.Run Payables Open Interface Import Program
3.The Program ran for long time(almost 3 days) and then it got completed.
