The QP: Bulk Import Of Price List Program Inserted The Records In Base Tables But Not To The View (Doc ID 2970445.1)

Symptoms

Unable to view price list from price list form after running QP: Bulk Import of Price List program.
After application of patch 31818592:R12.SCM_PF.C program 'QP: Maintains the Denormalized Data in QP Qualifiers' has to be run manually after running QP:Bulk Import program.

The  patch  upgraded file version QPXVBLKB.pls 120.39.12020000.9 which is higher than the file version from Patch 25023643:R12.QP.C.
After Patch 25023643:R12.QP.C the auto launch of "QP:Maintains the denormalized data in QP Qualifiers" program for bulk import
process was disabled for performance reasons.Program has to be executed manually.
Customer is not willing to accept the fact that program needs to be run manually every time after Bulk Import program.
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate records in QP interface table.
2. Run QP: Bulk Import of Price List program to create or update price list
3. Go to Oracle pricing manager
4. Price List setup >query the Price list created using QP: Bulk Import of Price List program
5.Unable to view price list.
6.Manually run QP: Maintains the Denormalized Data in QP Qualifiers concurrent program
7.Now able to view price list from price list form.

Changes

 Patch 31818592:R12.SCM_PF.C  was applied which upgraded file version QPXVBLKB.pls 120.39.12020000.9.
