LPN Onhand Quantity Doubles If Count Quantity Is Entered In Different Subinventory Using MSCA (Doc ID 2970624.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

License Plate Number (LPN) onhand quantity is increased after the user performed unscheduled cycle count entry with different subinventory than the onhand subinventory from oracle mobile.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to: Whse Mgmt in mobile

2. Navigate to: Inventory > Counting > Enter cycle count, LPN and select item

3. Enter different subinventory in which LPN doesnt exist

4. Perform the cycle count transaction. It creates 'Cycle Count Transfer' and 'Cycle Count Adjustment' in material transactions.

5. Check the LPN onhand, it will be doubled
