R12: OIE: Some Expense Items in Expense Report Template Do Not Display After Migration From 11i To R12 (Doc ID 2970747.1)

Symptoms

Expense report template in 11i had 19 Expense Items. After upgrade from 11i to R12, only 4 Expense Items show up in the template.


It is expected that all 19 expense items should be available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Expense Template page.   Navigation:  Setup > Invoice > Expense Report Template
2. Query expense template in question.
3. See that not all expense items that existed in 11i are available now in R12.


User's no longer have access to these expense items when entering an expense report.

 

Changes

 Upgrade from 11i to R12.
