Symptoms

Users have enabled "Material classification code" (MCC) to capture "Country Of Origin" for items being received from suppliers and is tracked on onhand. However, they are unable to complete a WIP move transaction from mobile due to MCC Code validation error when loading non-MCC item first and then the MCC enabled item.

Workaround
Load the MCC enabled item first into the LPN and then, the non-MCC enabled item into the same LPN.

ERROR
Invalid LPN. This transaction would result in commingling of Material Classification Code.
System does not allow same material with different Material Classification Code to be stored in same location.

STEPS
1. Inventory > Organization items > Enable item for MCC tagging > Receive onhand for different MCC codes.
2. WIP > Discrete jobs >  Create a discrete job and release it.
3. Mobile > Manufacturing > Move and Complete > Perform WIP move > Enter the non MCC item and load into LPN
3. Mobile > Manufacturing > Move and Complete > Perform WIP move > Enter the MCC item and load into same LPN
