Error/Message "APP-PAY-07179: Date Track Update Not Allowed For A Record Which Started Today" While Trying To Rehire An Ex-Employee (Doc ID 2970858.1)

When attempting to Rehire an ex-employee,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PAY-07179: DateTrack update not allowed for a record which started today

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login application with HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. N> People > Enter and Maintain form > Query/Search the Ex-employee to Rehire
3. DateTrack to 24/06/2023
4. Go to Action Field and select Create Employment -
5. Click Person Type for Action is "On rolls Probationer" (User Defined Person Type)
6. Enter other required details and Save
7. Getting above mentioned error.
