When Creating a Price List or Modifier Using Webadi Errors: Message Not Found. Application: QP, Message Name: Passed in Headers Are Not Matching with Setup Data (Doc ID 2971003.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a price list / modifier (aka pricing entity) using Web ADI,
the following error occurs and is shown on the form.

Message not found. Application: QP, Message Name: Passed in Headers are not matching with setup data.


Issue may be replicated as follows:
1. Login to Oracle Applications.
2. Go to Oracle Pricing User Responsibility
3. Navigate to: Advanced Pricing > Home
4. Select Lists > Price Lists > Web ADI - Create Price List   (or Select Lists > Modifier > Web ADI - Create Modifier)
5. Above error appears on Screen when user clicks on OK after selecting "Update Price List" (or "Update Modifier")
