Diagnosing Read timed out in Mailer logs when Mailer down or intermittently down (Doc ID 2971806.1)

Symptoms Read timed out error is seen in the Workflow Mailer log and there is an issue with the Workflow Mailer during that time frame.
The current "active" workflow mailer log can be identified using the following sql.
