Symptoms
Tax accounting entries are not generated for delivery event against the receipt created under OPM organization.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Purchasing responsibility.
2. Create Receipt under OPM organization and apply GST tax.
3. Submit the program - India - Program to Update OPM Cost.
4. Notice that Receipt is not getting Picked up and Accounting for Delivery event is also not generated.
