Symptoms

When users try to open the Account Analysis and Journal Processing ECC dashboards from the General Ledger responsibility, they get blank output.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility.
2. Open General Ledger Command Center function.
3. Click on Account Analysis / Journal Processing Tabs.
4. Blank output shown for both the above Tabs.

Changes

A fresh implementation of the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) has been done.
